This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Site and Services. The Site and Services are provided by LevelUps LLC (“VF” “we” “our” “us”).

  1. Managing Your Information Preferences

You can review, correct, update, delete, or change most of your Personal Data used to establish your account by using your account settings or opt out of receiving certain e-mails and other communications from us by e-mailing us at support@getveryfast.com. You are able to opt out of receiving marketing e-mails from us, however, you cannot opt out of receiving all e-mails from us, such as e-mails about the status of your account with us.   1. Information We Collect through the Site and Services

Personal Data

We collect information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail, payment information, company name and other personally identifiable information that you choose to provide us with or that you choose to include in your account (“Personal Data”). You may be asked to provide us with Personal Data when you register with the Site or use any of our Services, when you communicate with us, and at other times.

Usage Data and Site Activity

We treat Customer Data as confidential and do not use it for any purposes other than delivering the Services to the customer who provided the Customer Data. We do not share or disclose Customer Data with any parties other than the customer who provided it.

We use the information, including Personal Data, alone or in combination with other information that we may collect about you, including information from third parties, for the following purposes:

to provide you with the Site and Services, including to send you alerts about your account;

to keep you informed of VF programs, products and other service we think may be of interest to you;

We will not disclose Personal Data to third parties, including for their direct marketing purposes, without your consent, except as explained in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose to third parties, certain Usage Data regarding the Site and Services. However, in such cases, your Usage Data is aggregated with the Usage Data of others and does not identify you individually.

  1. Third Party Service Providers

From time to time, we may utilize other businesses whom we believe trustworthy and who have confirmed that their privacy practices are consistent with ours (“Service Providers”). For example, we use a payment processor (Stripe) to process payments. We may contract with other Service Providers to provide certain services, such as hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, and marketing and promotions. We only provide our Service Providers with the information necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Each Service Provider must agree to use reasonable security procedures and practices, appropriate to the nature of the information involved, in order to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Service Providers are prohibited from using Personal Data other than as specified by us.

We do not allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit the Site and Services.

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Our Site and Services may contain links to other websites or allow others to send you such links. A link to a third party’s website does not mean that we endorse it or that we are affiliated with it. We do not exercise control over third-party websites. You access such third-party websites or content at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a third-party website before providing any information to the website.

  1. Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for users who are 16 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Data from a child under the age of 16, we will delete such information from our records. California users under the age of 18 may request the removal of their content or information publicly posted on the Site or Services by e-mailing us at support@getveryfast.com. Please note that most of the user content that appears on our Site or Services is stored and controlled by third party providers; thus, complete and comprehensive removal of the content may not be possible.

Please be aware that your Personal Data and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, or country. If you are located outside of the United States, please be advised that we process and store all information in the United States.
